See firsthand some of the thousands of dams installed this winter to restore the bog and bring it back to life. Along the way, look out for skylarks, stonechats, dragonflies, sundews, and other fascinating bog-dwelling species as you explore this special habitat. A fantastic opportunity to connect with nature and learn about the vital role of peatlands.
- Please wear suitable clothing and footwear for an outdoor event.
- Boots/wellies are advisable as the ground can be quite wet underfoot.
- Bring binoculars if you have them.
- A waiting list is available and you will be notified if a place becomes available.
