Members' Day and AGM 2024

This event is now FULLY BOOKED. However, if you would like to attend the free AGM morning session, please let us know by emailing Kirsty Collins at kirsty.collins@ulsterwildlife.org

This year’s AGM will take place on Saturday 28th September at Lough Neagh Discovery Centre, which is situated at the picturesque Oxford Island National Nature Reserve. With extensive trails, a café and gift shop, we hope that you can enjoy everything the reserve has to offer throughout the day.

Our keynote speaker for this year is Dr Alistair Carson, DAERA’s Chief Scientific Adviser. Alistair will be telling us more about the Government’s plans to address the blue-green algae problem at Lough Neagh and secure long-term water quality improvements.

After a complimentary buffet lunch, we will finish the day with a series of walks or a programme of talks. Full details are provided in the programme image below. Please note: for capacity reasons, you can only attend one walk or both talks in the afternoon sessions. It is not possible to mix and match events.
