The Role

You’ll be the friendly, confident face of Ulster Wildlife, engaging with members of the public at events, shows and retail venues across Northern Ireland. From a quick chat to an inspiring conversation, you’ll encourage people to take action by becoming members and supporting our vital conservation work.

About You

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Loves meeting new people and starting conversations
• Thrives in a target‑driven environment
• Is motivated, resilient and comfortable working independently
• Enjoys contributing positively as part of a wider, passionate team
• Believes in making a real difference for nature

You’ll bring:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in face-to-face sales, promotions or fundraising
• Confidence encouraging people to take action and commit to regular giving
• An understanding of the importance of long‑term support for conservation work

Location & Travel

As most of our events and venues are currently based in the east of Northern Ireland, this role is likely to suit candidates within reasonable travelling distance of Belfast. You should be comfortable with regular travel, including longer journeys when required.
